Our Garden Design Process

The initial consultation is free of charge and entails a site visit where we run through the garden design and build process. We want to get to know what your goals are, understand your lifestyle and what you want to achieve with your garden.

We will then survey the garden, where we spend time gathering information about the site and soil conditions and taking photographs as well as recording every feature of the existing garden.

We will present a 2D computerised design of the garden with sample images of individual elements such as paving or decking, which will help you to build a mental picture of the transformation. Along with the initial design, an estimate of the investment required to build the garden will also be presented.

State Of The Art 3D Garden Design

We know how difficult it is sometimes to visualise what the finished garden will look like just from a 2D design, so to help you, we can present you with a state of the art, computerised 3D walkthrough which will bring the garden design to life.

This is an invaluable tool that provides a realistic visual aid to your finished garden design.

A 3D walkthrough can also show how the garden will look from different angles and at different times of the day.

The whole process from design to completion was seamless. Using a combination of ideas, the designs came together really well, adjustments were made as the team progressed through the landscaping and we were consulted at every step of the way to make sure that we were happy with any changes or additions.  Ian always advised if there would be delays due to weather or materials delivery. There was very little disruption and the team made sure that the work area was clean and tidy before they left each night.  It was an absolute pleasure seeing it all come together.
